Keeping up with my Domestic Goddessing hasn’t been too difficult until recently.
Up until July VNM™ was basically working 14 hour shifts on both weekend days and I had plenty of open free time to devote to “me time.” The past month has been pretty busy with trips and dates and lots of fun, but it’s been harder to find time to focus on my garden and blogging and yoga. Also, since I was a smoker I was often out on my balcony “checking on my plants.”
Friday marked 3 weeks of smoberiety for me (WHAT WHAT) but on Sunday I decided to get out there and clean up so I could take some pictures and show off my progress in my balcony garden. I went up to Swanson’s Nursery to use up the Swan Dollars I had saved up that were expiring in a few days and pick up a trellis and other supplies to support the tomatoes that seem to be going buck wild as well as a few more plants to fill the empty box that had held my bolted broccoli.
Here are the pictures of most of the current tenants in my garden (with my mint/oregano and garden owl above) – enjoy!
